Fitness and health are not interchangeable terms. Fitness is the physical capabilities of a person whereas health has a much more holistic approach.
Health is made up of 5 dimensions; social health, spiritual health, mental health, emotion wellbeing and physical health.
Physical health encompasses a persons entire health status. Combining good fitness with good health can improve strength and cardio and is vital to losing weight or gaining muscle.
Poor fitness can have negative impact on the other health dimensions and vica versa.
NUTRITION AND PHYSICAL HEALTH
Nutrition is vital to an individuals health, and is more than just being important for physical appearance. The nutrients you consume control many of your bodies function and processes.

That calcium and potassium are responsible for your bodies cells to communicate, or that fat plays a role in the integrity of your cell walls, also your brain is primarily comprised of fat, hence it being a macro nutrient.
